After the sudden death of my husband, chapel of the twin cities went above and beyond for my family. They were patient and knowledgeable and communicated everything step by step. My husband died in December and we went to the Chapel of the Twin Cities to arrange for his funeral. My husband was retired military so his burial service was at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon so not only did they have to take care of the local requirements, they also had to make arrangements with Dixon on when we could have the burial there. Eugene Han explained the procedures to my family and me and answered our many questions. He was very compassionate and supportive. He also told me I could call him any time I had a question. I called him many times and he always patiently answered my question or provided what I needed. I highly recommend Chapel of the Twin Cities.

I really recommend Chapel of Twin Cities to anyone that has lost someone and it’s looking for a funeral place to have the services for their love one. Staff there are really humble, friendly and helpful. Loosing someone is really hard but finding the right place and the right people makes the process easier and that’s what I found at Chapel of Twin Cities. Thank you Matt for all your help.

My husband had a terminal illness which prompted us to having to make our final arrangements last year. I knew nothing on how to go about it and made some phone calls to different funeral homes and Chapel of The Twin Cities certainly stood out for me. Matthew was very informative, patient and compassionate, he answered all my question very professionally. We made an appointment to further discuss and finalize the arrangements. Mark was helping us at the appointment and I also was very impressed on his professionalism, knowledge and compassion. Although it was the hardest appointment we ever had to make, the entire staff made it very peaceful and dignified. Sadly my husband passed recently. Matthew and Elizabeth checked in on me after the service was completed. I was very pleasantly surprised and highly recommend Chapel of The Twin Cities. Thank you to the entire staff for all your compassionate help.

Best place in town for funeral services. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, patient, and flexible. Plus, this is one of the few places that did not discriminate against us based on our loved one being Covid positive before passing. My only hang up is the communication issues. It was hard to get a hold of someone to ask questions when planning a service here. Also, there was no communication regarding the sound system and usage beforehand. During the funeral, there was some technical difficulties, and the staff member on site that evening was ill equipped to handle the issue. She even snapped at me at one point, but I understand she may have felt overwhelmed in the moment, as all my interactions with her prior had been only positive. I still appreciate the staff here and all that you provided. Thank you!!

Chapel of the Twin Cities did a great job from the very beggining. Everything was done with much professiinalism, compassion, respect and care from their part. I greatly appreciate how they made everything as easy as possible. They explained everything that was needed of us, walked me through all the paperwork and explained how the viewing, mass and burial services were going to proceed. Matt helped so much throughout the entire process, Fiona and Mark were so attentive to our needs and compassionate during the services and Elizabeth followed-up with me to see how I was doing, which was a very nice gesture on the Chapel's behalf. You can tell everyone who works there is really dedicated to helping the families during this hard time. Thank you Twin Cities Chapel for doing the work you do with so much respect and compassion, it means a lot during this hard time!

I attended a friend's mom's celebration of life that was held here at Chapel of the Twin Cities. And I have to say WOW! This is by far THE cleanest funeral home I have ever been to. Inside and out including the restrooms. The interior designer made the inside of this place feel so welcoming that I didn't feel like I was attending a funeral service. Staff on site was also very friendly and attentive.

In my time of need of my mother passing away unexpectedly they were there to help me with the process of all paperwork and guiding me through the process itself. Any questions I had they were there with the answer. They handled my mother professionally with cremation and urn. My sweet grandmother passed in our home peacefully surrounded by loved ones . Chapel of the Twin Cities was in credibly helpful kind and knowledgeable. Mathew in particular was so so patient kind and helped me navigate through the process of retrieving and transporting my grandmother from Napa to sutter . In a difficult time with so many options and decision to make Mathew made the process very smooth and seemless! I received many calls and text messages after the burial inquiring about my wellbeing & how sorry they were for our loss. If and when anyone has to Bury a loved one I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chaoel of the Twin Cities!! Rest In Peace my sweet grandmother Betty Rhodes ❤💔❤💔

Losing my dad was tough but thankfully, Matthew from the chapel of the Twin Cities didn’t just see my mom and I, as just “clients”.He treated us like close family, and helped us with getting through these times without being a salesman.He even went above and beyond by having already a U.S. Flag for the full honors ceremony of dads military services. Which was the one thing my pops really ever said he wanted after he passed, was for my mom to receive that flag he earned. She did . We will have it representing his service to this country, and us, Forever. Thanks Matt, for your caring and kindness through all this. Truly a gentleman and friend. Blessings to you and Elisabeth.

My dad recently passed away of COVID 19. He was a young 71 and it was unexpected. Unexpected death is always more tragic and difficult to deal with, so it was wonderful to have had Matt help us through the process to say our final goodbyes to our beloved father. Matt was caring, knowledgeable, and there was never any pressure to do anything we didn't want. He was not only available during business hours, but also gave us his mobile number and he always answered. Matt was always respectful and helpful, and in the end made the most difficult time in life for the family members of one who has just passed, that much easier. Finally, Matt's compassion and understanding made a world of difference in making sure our dad's celebration of life was the best it could be. I'm glad we chose The Chapel and can't thank them enough for all they did. Thank you Matt and staff.

We had my grandmother funeral there and the service was beyond wonderful. Although we were grieving the lost of our love one, Matt and Fiona made the time to make us feel welcome and acknowledged all of our feelings. We had family in Mexico and the staff at Twin Cities were able to Live stream the whole services for us. It was a great way for the whole family to grieve together! Thank you Matt and Fiona for this great experience for this hard time of our family. Highly recommended!!!!

Losing a loved one is a painful experience. Losing a child is excruciatingly unfathomable . Matt and The Chapel of Twin Cities provided comfort yet professionalism during an unimaginable time. Everything about our experience making the final arrangements for our loved one was genuine and gentle. Matt was empathetic, flexible and kind. Our wishes were heard and our needs were met. When we lost my Mom on September 20 th my dad and I were not ready for it. I researched and found Matt at Chapel of the Twin Cities. He was the most caring and compassionate person we have ever met. He patiently answered all of our questions and always worked with us without any issues. He made this most difficult situation easier to deal with from the memorial side of losing my mom. His grandfather Larry spoke at my moms service and was a great preacher. He took the time to come to my dads house and meet the family and learn about my mom. He did a fantastic job of highlighting my moms life. My dad and I miss my moms every day. I highly recommend Matt to handle the most difficult situation of losing a Family member. Matt and Larry please accept our biggest thank you for helping us through these difficult times. We will never forget how you treated us and how helpful you both were during the loss of my Mom. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Chapel of the Twin Cities and especially Matt for his excellent customer service and support during this especially difficult time for us. The addition of restrictions with Covid-19 has made a challenging time even more difficult however I was so pleased with the way everything was handled for us which allowed us to concentrate on loved ones. From the start we felt confident that our needs were being taken care of and the time away from family was kept to a minimum. They were extremely compassionate and went out of their way to answer all my questions and meet my special requests. It was so nice having someone we trusted lead us through the paperwork required. They were always quick to respond and I could reach them easily by phone when needed. I would highly recommend their services.

My grandfather unexpectedly died on Thanksgiving. He was always the kind of man that was going to do it tomorrow and never had anything written up for this situation. Unfortunately the arrangements had to be made by someone who barely knew what they were doing. Mark was very kind and helpful to the rest of the family while still remaining professional. I can't thank him enough for the human kindess he showed us and for taking care of one of the most important people in my life.
